DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability. If you need a faster dispatch/delivery, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
We do not take responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery outside of our control.

Due to COVID-19, delivery time is beyond my control and some areas/services may be disrupted and delayed.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
You may cancel unwanted goods. The cancellation period starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify us with your return request and cover the cost to send it back – we advise using a proof of postage.
Please note that earrings aren't returnable unless if faulty.

Pieces that are plated, will be listed as such.
Please allow up to a couple of millimeters for error in measurements.
